To the rear of the property is a peaceful country lane with private parking.

Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 (2 Bedrooms) Notes on bedrooms: Both bedrooms have en-suites and full size wardrobes The master bedroom (with safe) has a king sized bed with glass doors leading onto a large terrace with drinks table, sun loungers, parasol and sea views. The twin room also has a furnished balcony with sea and mountain views. Hairdryers and quality bedding/towels are provided.There is also an ipod speaker and floor-standing fan on this floor.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with large shower areas and glass screens. There is also one family bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms are fully tiled, with well-lit mirrors and hand-wash soap provided. WCs have built-in bidet, and windows have mosquito screens.

Outside: The property has a large sunbathing terrace with sea views and a variety of fragrant, Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers. There are sunbeds, cushions, parasols and bean bags. The shared 'L' shaped pool wraps around the property and is accessed by mosaic steps.There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. Directly outside the lounge is a private terrace with dining table and chairs. A wonderful place to simply relax, sunbathe and soak up Kalkan’s atmosphere. Also a great setting for alfresco dining or even having a cook out on the stone built BBQ. Both bedrooms have private furnished terraces with sea views. A peaceful lane with parking runs along the front of the property, whilst the rear of the property leads you directly into the historic old town. Guests of the Pearl are also able to use the impressive pool and facilities at the nearby Dream Hotel.
Provisions: A basic grocery pack is supplied on arrival, including dishwasher, laundry and mosquito tabs, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, and handwash.
A set of BBQ tools is available; cool bag, beach chairs, bean bags and water hammocks (for use in the pool.)
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned at end of each week, and linen/towels are provided. A welcome grocery pack is also provided, and guests will receive a brief 'welcome meeting' the morning after arrival. Airport transfers can also be arranged on request.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
Deposit of £150 is payable at time of booking (non-refundable).
Balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.
A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is payable with your final balance and this is returned to your within 10 working days of the end of your holiday, provided there is no loss or damage at the rental property.
Changeover day is flexible
