This spacious well-equipped front facing two bedroom two bathroom duplex apartment on the popular Mediterranean complex (officially Apartment B3, but named Rüyasi) is a level 2 minute walk to the taxi rank & PTT (Post Office) via a shortcut and an easy 5 minute walk to the charming village centre, harbour and beach.

So... no taxis or hire car required!

There are beautiful uninterrupted views over olive groves to Kalkan village, harbour and bay. The apartment sits in beautiful landscaped gardens, with 5 swimming pools.

The apartment has an open plan fitted kitchen, lounge with French doors leading to a balcony with dining table and chairs, sun umbrellas and stunning views across Kalkan and the bay. There is a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom also on the lower floor. The double bedroom has a door that also leads onto the dining balcony. The kitchen was recently renewed and modernised. The bathroom has been renewed in 2018.

On the upper floor there is twin bedroom with porthole windows and bathroom, a utility room with washing machine and storage. There is also a roof terrace with two sun loungers and a small table & chairs providing privacy and again with outstanding views uninterrupted across the bay.

Five swimming pools to choose from. Sun loungers and large umbrella are provided for guests sole use at the poolside.

The apartment is fully air conditioned, and has free WiFi, Flat screen TV and DVD player.
