Situated on a peaceful hillside location, a mere 3 min drive into Kalkan. Sleeps 15 (7 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the lounge) in total luxury.
Bedrooms:
1st floor: Bedroom 1 & 2 - both super-king double bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms; Bedroom 3 - twin bedroom.
2nd floor: Bedroom 4 - the master bedroom, with ensuite wet room & jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 5 - another super-king double, with ensuite wet room
3rd floor: Bedrooms 6 & 7: twin bedrooms & shared wet room
Bathrooms:
Natural travertine wet rooms to bedrooms 1,2,4 & 5, with stone carved sinks
Bedrooms 3, 6 & 7 share bathroom with wet room
Master bedroom has stand alone Jacuzzi bath overlooking the village & harbour
Kitchen:
Beautiful hand made high gloss white kitchen with soft close doors and island breakfast table. Including cooker, hob, built in microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, water dispenser, dishwasher, kettle & Ipod dock
Utility Room:
There is a large utility room with automatic washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is also a downstairs W/C
Living Rooms:
The lounge and dining area offer contemporary coordinated open plan space. two French doors out onto the pool area creates light & space. Large satellite TV, DVD, I pod dock & unlimited WIFI provide entertainment. There is plenty of seating for 14 including a sofa bed.
Other:
The adult pool has easy Roman steps for ease of entry, and a built in a Jacuzzi system adds to your relaxation relaxation. Although a children's pool is provided it is essential that children are supervised at all times
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Clean towels and linen are provided weekly and a mid stay clean can be arranged for an additional cost. The villa has approximately 15 steps down to the entrance & may not be suitable for less able individuals. All rooms have air-conditioning

Rental rates are for the entire property.
Booking policy:
- Just use the table above to determine the guide price and see below to check availability and/or make a provisional booking.
- Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
- We will then require a booking deposit - normally 30% - together with some booking information (which you can complete online).
- We require payment of the rental balance no less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of £500. (Due to the size and quality of the accommodation we ask for a £500 "breakages" deposit; this will be fully refunded if the villa is left in the agreed state described in the contract. We are certainly not concerned over the odd broken plate or glass, but the accommodation has been finished to a very high standard and the refundable deposit goes some way to helping us to protect our assets)!
