Jenni Apartment is contained within the Saneil Complex of 15 privately owned luxury apartments in the popular Kalamar Road area, in the quiet outskirts of Kalkan. It offers two bedrooms (with a maximum sleep for 5 people). With its unrivaled position, it offers stunning views to both Kalkan and Kalamar bays.

It is positioned on the ground floor, directly in front of the large, impressive fresh-water swimming pool. Dedicated sun-loungers and umbrellas are provided for the sole use of Jenni Apartment guests and the apartment is surrounded by landscaped gardens.There is 24 hour security and a resident English speaking manager on site.  Guests may also use, free of charge, the facilities of the nearby luxury Asfiya Hotel and beach clubs.

Modern and impressive, the apartment is built to a very high standard. Antique marble flooring is standard throughout. Air-conditioning is present throughout (not just the bedrooms!!) and can be used to heat the rooms as well as cool them. A large Z-bed is available for those needing extra sleeping accommodation. The apartment is non-smoking in all internal areas. 

The master bedroom with king-sized bed has en-suite shower plus ample fitted wardrobe space, air-conditioning, hairdrier and sea view. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a shower cubicle, WC wash pedestal and antique floor tiles. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern holiday appliances: gas hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, extensive range of kitchen utensils, wrought iron breakfast table and 4 matching chairs. The large large patio to the rear of the apartment houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board plus clothes drier. The large open-plan lounge has breathtaking views to Kalkan and Kalamar bays. It has its own air-conditioning, iPod docking station, 3 seater settee plus matching chair. A connecting door leads directly to the large terrace overlooking the pool and sea views.

The terrace is large with a wrought iron, marble topped table and 4 matching chairs, plus 2 reclining sun loungers for all round relaxation! From here, guests can enjoy the unbroken spectacular views to the sea and mountains.

All bed linen and towels are provided and are changed twice weekly; maid service empties bins daily. Beach towels are not provided.

The complex has its own electricity generator which automatically cuts in when there is a power cut, so providing an unbroken supply to all apartments at all times. This is a very important issue in tourist areas of Turkey. 24 hour security is provided. The English-speaking complex manager lives on site and is available 27/7 for assistance.

Kalkan town beach is 10-15 minutes walk away. There are 5 beach clubs in the area most of which offer free taxi transfers. Patara beach is famous for its 18 kms of unbroken sand and clear warm water. Full amenities also provided here. Kaputas beach is also another acclaimed tourist spot close to Kalkan reached by either local taxi or ferry.

Car hire in Kalkan is not essential as local transport (dolmus) is both plentiful and cheap. All the local tourist spots are serviced by the dolmus which leave the dolmus station near to the market. Taxis are also cheap and plentiful. For those requiring car hire, there are many car hire companies available throughout the village. Check with the owner for details.

A Welcome Pack is available to all guests on arrival in the apartment. The swimming pool is available to all guests from May 1st to October 31st annually.

Notes on prices

Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking with the balance due by 10 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made either by cheque or internet transfer.

Changeover day

In theory, this can be any day of your choice (depending on availability). Monday offers the greatest number of flights to Dalaman from most UK airports.
