The Olive Grove Apartment is contained within the beautiful Saneil complex of 15 apartments and 2 villas, which were built to a very high standard in 2004/5. It is set on a peaceful hillside surrounded by olive groves and offers spectacular views of Kalamar and Kalkan bays from the balcony, master bedroom, and lounge. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and has insect screens fitted on most doors and windows. There is 24 hr security on the complex with a full time manager (Turkish) who speaks excellent English and there is free wi-fi on the complex.
The apartment is fully maintained during your holiday, with people on hand to welcome you and help with any problems you might have. It is situated in the quiet outskirts of the town, yet it takes only takes about 15 minutes to walk downhill to the centre.
The 15 apartments share a stunning 25m freshwater swimming pool, with a toddler pool at one end. Provided at the poolside are 4 sun loungers and 2 sun parasols, for your exclusive use.
Inside: With antique ceramic floor tiles to keep the apartment cool, the lounge is spacious and contains a three seat sofa and a two seat sofa, with side tables and a book-rack. A CD player/radio is installed. Access to the south facing balcony is directly from the lounge. The balcony directly overlooks the pool and sea views giving uninterrupted views over the two bays. On the balcony is a rectangular table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, and a fully retractable awning. Air conditioning is installed throughout.
Outside: A large, impressive, shared freshwater swimming pool is available to guests, who also have use of 5 private sun loungers and 2 umbrellas. Landscaped gardens are to the front and rear of the apartment. The (south facing) large balcony has a glass topped rectangular table and 4 chairs, plus 2 further sun loungers, and offers stunning views to Kalkan & Kalamar bays.
Utility Room: Also provided is a washing machine for any personal laundry (outside the apartment).
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and hand towels are provided, and are changed twice weekly along with all bedding. A light clean is carried out every day with a hard clean done twice a week. 5 Poolside /beach towels are provided.
Additional notes: An electronic safe is provided for your convenience. The complex has its own generator which automatically cuts in when there is a power cut, thus providing an unbroken supply to all apartments at all times.

A £100 deposit secures your booking, with the balance paid 8 weeks before departure. A £100 breakage deposit is also taken at this time..
Monday is the most popular changeover day as more flights arrive on this day than any other. However, we are flexible. Normally you will be asked to vacate the apartment by 1100 hrs. Access is from 1400hrs, but these times are flexible if there is no following booking.
