The Accommodation 

Chocolate Blues is arranged as a duplex apartment over two floors. 

Entrance Level 

The entrance floor houses all three bedrooms and the main family bathroom. 

Bedroom 1 

The principal bedroom is a particularly impressive space, featuring a king-size bed and a curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows which maximise the beautiful sea and bay views. Large glass doors open onto a private balcony furnished with seating, creating a lovely spot for morning coffee or relaxed evening drinks overlooking the water. 

The room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, dressing area, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning. 

Bedroom 2 

A comfortable double bedroom with a four-poster bed, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The room has a calm, understated feel and is well suited to couples. 

Bedroom 3 

A twin bedroom ideal for children or friends sharing, with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. 

The twin and double bedrooms share a separate family bathroom located on this level. 

All bedrooms include bedside tables, dressing areas and hairdryers. 

Upper Floor 

The upper level is dedicated to open-plan living and entertaining space, with the elevated position allowing for particularly attractive views across Kalkan Bay. 

The lounge area features comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and large windows and doors which allow plenty of natural light into the apartment. An MP3 docking station is also provided, while a wood-burning stove makes the apartment suitable for cooler shoulder-season stays.
