There is a private pool, stunning sea views and nearby amenities. The villa is a maisonette-type house, set on two levels and provides all the facilities for a family or party of up to 4 people. The property is underneath Villa Elmas (they can be rented together for larger parties up to 8 persons) and it is accessed from the main road via a staircase, which leads to the pool level.

The main entrance is on the ground level which leads into an open plan space with modern lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with island and bar stools. The pool extends along the entire front of the apartment and is surrounded by sunny terraces offering sun beds and umbrellas and partial views of the bay.
