Location 

Truffle Residences enjoys a superb central location just a short stroll from Kalkan’s charming Old Town, harbour, restaurants, cafés and beach clubs. 

This convenient walk-to-town setting means guests can comfortably enjoy Kalkan without needing a car — particularly appealing during the evenings when the Old Town’s rooftop restaurants and waterfront bars come alive. 

The Accommodation 

The apartment is arranged over two floors, offering a practical duplex layout with easy indoor-outdoor living. 

Ground Floor 

The entrance opens into a bright open-plan living space incorporating the lounge, kitchen and dining area. 

The lounge area is comfortably furnished and features a flat screen TV with satellite channels and an MP3 docking station. Large sliding doors open directly onto the covered terrace and communal pool area, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. 

The fully fitted kitchen includes granite worktops and integrated appliances including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, cooker hood and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided for guest convenience. 

A guest cloakroom is located on this level. 

First Floor 

The upper floor houses the apartment’s two en-suite bedrooms. 

Bedroom 1 

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and benefits from access to a private balcony with lovely sea views across Kalkan Bay. Built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing area and a hairdryer are provided. 

Bedroom 2 

A twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, making it well suited to children or friends sharing. This bedroom also includes built-in wardrobes and dressing space. 

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and finished in the same warm neutral tones found throughout the apartment. 

Outdoor Space / Communal Areas 

From the ground floor living area, guests can step directly onto the covered terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The terrace leads straight onto the communal swimming pool and surrounding sunbathing area — one of the apartment’s standout features. 

The upper balcony provides additional outdoor seating space along with attractive sea and island views.
