Villa Kalkan is a charming 2 bedroom villa (sleeps up to 5) on the very popular Falcon Town Villas site. It's small complex with a great pool and in an enviable central but peaceful location, with sea views from the villa and the pool area. Each bedroom has a balcony with a sea view.
All of the Falcon Town Villas have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom and bedroom balconies with sea views.
The kitchens in each villa are fully equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle.
Each villa has its own private terrace complete with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining in case you decide to cook for yourself instead of just popping out to the myriad of local restaurants; there is also a seating/dining area by the swimming pool.
A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air-conditioned with individual units in the lounge and each bedroom.
Villa Kalkan has two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin) both with en-suite bathrooms, and there is a sofa bed that can be either in the lounge or the master bedroom. . There is also a downstairs loo.
Falcon Town Villas can be booked individually or in any combination; please enquire if you wish to book more than one.

All villas have satellite TV.
The Falcon Town Villas site is a genuine 5 minutes walk to the beach and one minute to the supermarket. There are 3 pharmacies nearby; also a dentist and doctor's clinic a few minutes' minutes walk from villas.
There is a full complement of bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels provided, and the villas are cleaned weekly.
The villas share a large communal pool, 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are sun loungers and pool side tables and chairs, a shower and toilet area by the pool.
Falcon Town Villas are family-run with a nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere making them ideal for families or friends that want to holiday together then retire to their own villa at night.
There is always someone on hand if you need help - the site is family-run by the owner.

Booking policy:
- Just use the table above to determine the guide price and see below to check availability and/or make a provisional booking.
- Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
- We will then require a booking deposit - normally 30% - together with some booking information (which you can complete online).
- We require payment of the rental balance no less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of £100. (The £100 security deposit will be returned to you after your holiday, provided there is no damage to the accommodation).
- The above prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Additional occupancy charged at £30pppw
- We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal.
