Guests can walk downhill to three popular beach clubs (Zest, Denizim, and Palm Beach) or take a short 10–12-minute stroll to Kalkan’s Old Town and harbour. For a more scenic route, hop on a water taxi from the beach clubs to the town’s waterfront restaurants and boutiques.

Ground Floor

Enter through two gated access points leading to the infinity pool terrace. The bright hallway features a sweeping staircase to the upper and lower floors.
An open-plan living area includes a spacious L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and elegant dining alcove seating eight guests.
The fully equipped modern kitchen offers premium appliances — fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and island breakfast bar with four stools.

A double en-suite bedroom is also located on this level with direct pool access.

First Floor

Three beautifully styled double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy the first floor.

• The master suite enjoys a private balcony, twin basins, a dressing table, and comfortable seating overlooking the bay.
• The second double features sea views and access to a shared balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
• The third bedroom, set at the rear, also opens to the shared balcony.
