Villa Cihan is a newly built property in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, a convenient 10-minute walk from Kalkan town centre.Finished to a high standard, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features an indoor pool, cinema room, sauna and table football for sheltered entertainment.

- Entry via a side gate.
- Kitchen immediately to the right with a dining table for 6. The well-equipped kitchen includes fridge‑freezer, dishwasher, built‑in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor, kettle and toaster. Sliding doors open to the pool terrace.
