Living Area

The open-plan living room is bright and welcoming, featuring two comfortable sofas, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and coffee table. A dining table seats ten, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors open directly onto the terrace, framing the panoramic sea view. There is also a guest WC and utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided throughout.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a breakfast bar, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, water dispenser and all necessary cookware and utensils.

All bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and have their own bathroom facilities for maximum comfort and privacy.

  The pool and garden are cleaned daily by a caretaker to maintain perfect conditions.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is included. Extra cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 15,000 TL applies.
