We are delighted to be adding this beautifully refurbished two-bedroom town house to our portfolio.
This property, which is right in the centre of the Old Town, is only a short walk to 'Greek Street' with its lively restaurants which then lead down to the harbour. The villa has been cleverly refurbished to make the most of the space in what was once an old Town House and includes a sauna and Jacuzzi bath!
The villa is laid out as follows:
Outside the Town House:
The gate off the street opens into a private courtyard with a small pool, 4 sun loungers and a parasol. A dining table with 4 chairs is also provided under a pergola and a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.
Ground Floor:
Doors from the courtyard lead into the open plan living space with two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table with a large Smart TV. The modern kitchen area is well-equipped and includes a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and water cooler. There is also a dining table that seats 4 comfortably and under the stairs, is the washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests' use. There is also a WC and basin on this level.
First floor:
The open wooden stairs lead up to a small sauna and a large Jacuzzi bath on the landing with a picture window to enjoy the sea views (there are blinds for privacy). There are two bedrooms; the twin room can be made into a double if required and has an en-suite shower, dressing table and stool with hairdryer, a wall mounted TV and wardrobe. A glass door leads to the shared covered balcony that runs the length of the house. Both rooms have their own two chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the sea views across the roof tops.
The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, wall mounted TV, dressing table with stool and a hairdryer, plus a wardrobe with a safe in it for guests use. Again a glass door leads to the shared covered balcony with sea views.
