This breathtaking modern, spacious villa has a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen including a 30ft central atrium with stunning views, and has 5 generous double bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, featuring two extra-special and decadent master bedrooms, including one with an extra large couples bath and massage shower.

In addition to the two pools it also boasts a Spa area with heated beds and a gym with turkish tiling, plus a sauna, table tennis table, media and games room, bar and pool table. You can't help but feel spoilt!

Total capacity is 12 people in total - 10 in the five bedrooms, with two single sofa beds available as well.

Middle floor

large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that run the full width of the property create an almost seamless connection between inside and out, and effectively extend the inside living area to include the swimming pool terrace and connect everyone whether chilling out inside or enjoying the sunshine or a shady spot outside.
the open plan living area has a large modern kitchen which flows into the lounge and dining area which includes a stunning 30 foot atrium looking out onto the main infinity pool allowing light to flood in, making the most of the incredible ocean and hillside views. It also has a bar area with a pool table.
the large glass sliding doors open onto the fabulous infinity pool area and garden with beautiful colourful flower beds, an outside shower, BBQ and further dining table with seating for 10 under a shaded canopy, 7 sun loungers, parasols, also a sofa and two chairs with a coffee table which seat 5; all perfect for enjoying the magnificent views and sunsets whilst enjoying alfresco dining, a dip in the pool or a game of table tennis. the fully equipped kitchen has a built in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, lots of cupboard space and also has a balcony with sea views and overlooks the pools.

Lower Level

Access is via a spiral stair case leading to:

The second Pool / Garden Area – this area has a further sofa, two chairs and a coffee table seating 5, a further 3 sun loungers, parasols, an outside shower and a beautifully planted area. Access is via the Spa area via two large sliding glass double doors.
Media and Games Room – includes a very large sofa, large TV, movies, games and play station etc.
Turkish Delight Suite - Master Bedroom 1 (Sleeps up to 4) A spectacular very spacious master suite with a super king bed, two bedside units, a large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes, TV and seating area, two arm chairs and coffee table, plus a two sofa beds. This amazing bedroom opens up onto the pool/garden area through two sets of glass sliding doors which let light floor in. This room remains significantly cooler than the other bedrooms.* En-suite Bathroom 1 – is a very large en-suite with a huge shower, sink, triple vanity unit and toilet.
Spa Area – this beautiful area with turkish tiling includes gym equipment and two enticing heated beds, and is perfect for when you want to work off those extra pounds from all the wonderful holiday food, wish to relax and sooth any aches from all that exercise or simply wish to chill out! The second pool/garden area is accessed via here through a set of glass double sliding doors.
Ocean Pearl Suite – Master Bedroom 2 - This very large dazzling second master includes a super king bed, two bedside units, large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes and sofa. A set of three large floor to ceiling double sliding doors open up onto the pool/garden area. This room remains significantly cooler than the other bedrooms.
Master Bathroom 2 - This Luxurious and decandent Master Bathroom has double frosted glass doors. It has an extra large couples bath, large massage shower, double sinks with six vanity units underneath and an extra huge full wall length mirror and is the best you will find. You can't help but feel extra special! It also has a separate toilet within the bathroom with a further sink and vanity unit.

Upper Level

Access is via a spiral staircase leading to:

a mezzanine area with two arm chairs looking over the central atrium, where you can enjoy fabulous views and watch the sun go down.
there are 3 further spacious bedrooms including one twin with 2 single beds and two with king size beds, all have private balconies with seating and sea views.

All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.

Location

Set in a peaceful lower hillside position with stunning ocean and hillside views Villa Ocean Pearl is in Lower Kiziltas away from any noise and is an easy 10-15 minute stroll into town with its array of bars, restaurants, night life and shops. The Marina is also just a 15-20 minute walk. Although we recommend a short taxi ride (less than 5 minutes) back in the summer heat.

There are also two supermarkets very close by (5-10 minutes walk) and a great little Turkish restaurant just a 5 minute stroll away called Ayse's Kitchen which is raved about on TripAdviser which is great for breakfast and lunch if you can drag yourself away from the Villa!

Villa Ocean Pearl offers stunning modern luxury accommodation spread out over a huge 3,700 square foot of 5 star living space and sleeps 12. It has 2 pools, a unique waterfall feature, open plan living with a 30ft central atrium area with stunning views, and all the entertainment facilities you could ever wish for. The quiet lower hillside location is in Lower Kiziltas (just up from the Arçelik store and on Istiklal Caddesi Street just above the D400) and is away from the noise of the town with its many bars, fabulous restaurants and shops and offers stunning Ocean and hillside views. It is either a 3-5 minute taxi ride or an easy 10-15 minute stroll into the town centre and 15-20 to the marina. It also has supermarkets and cafes just 5 minutes walk along the way making it the perfect luxury location for those wishing to enjoy peace and quiet but also all that Kalkan has to offer within easy reach.
