Villa Royal Falcon is a luxury, modern 6-bedroom villa with a capacity of 12 people. located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan with magnificent sea views from all the rooms.
The interior of the villa has been designed for comfort and a modern living with 5 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, all with ensuite wc and bathroom.
Villa Royal Falcon's superb pool terrace offers a magnificent sea view, private swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, garden seating, barbecue area and beautiful scenery.
Kitchen: All details have been considered so that you can cook comfortably in the bright and spacious American kitchen. In the contemporary kitchen there's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dispenser, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.
Living Room: A spacious, comfortable and luxurious sitting room with TV and air conditioning and, of course, that breathtaking sea view from the patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

Booking policy:
- Just use the table above to determine the guide price and see below to check availability and/or make a provisional booking
- Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
- We will then require a booking deposit - normally 30% - together with some booking information (which you can complete online).
- We require payment of the rental balance no less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of £500. (Due to the size and quality of the accommodation we ask for a £500 "breakages" deposit; this will be fully refunded if the villa is left in the agreed state described in the contract. We are certainly not concerned over the odd broken plate or glass, but the accommodation has been finished to a very high standard and the refundable deposit goes some way to helping us to protect our assets)!
- The above prices are based on up to 12 people sharing. Please ask for pricing on larger groups. Discounts possible for smaller groups of 8 or less.
