Villa Sovalye is a beautiful 3 double ensuite bedroomed villa, with a superb private pool set in lush tropical gardens with spectacular views of Kalkan bay and the Taurus mountains; located in a peaceful area, but still only a genuine 10 min walk to the village and market - and just 5 mins from restaurants and shops nearby. There are no steep hills and, if you do prefer to take a taxi, it is very cheap!

Villa Sovalye boasts a fabulous roof terrace where you can chill out and relax whilst taking in the wonderful views. The large roof terrace also has a BBQ and table and chairs for dining al-fresco.
The large pool terrace also has a BBQ and table and chairs for eating outside - and there are 6 loungers and umbrellas for relaxing by the pool. The villa is furnished in a tasteful traditional style with furniture and arts and crafts, made by local artisans, giving a warm and welcoming ambiance. There is a large flat screen TV and DVD player and a selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. There is also a large selection of books.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home and there is a water chiller for your convenience.

Notes on accommodation
• Air-conditioning and mosquito screens in all rooms.
• All bedrooms have king-size or double beds (no twin/single beds).
• A travel cot/playpen is available for babies and toddlers.
• All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside and dressing tables, beautiful lamps and Turkish bedspreads.
• Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
• Welcome pack on arrival.
• Please note that young children should be properly supervised by the pool. The unguarded pool has a constant depth of 2 metres but there are graduated steps for ease of access.
• Children should also be supervised on the roof terrace.
• The owners cannot accept liability for any accidents or injury that may occur during the rental period.
• No more than 6 guests plus a baby are permitted to stay at any time.
• There is a cool box and picnic-ware and a portable high chair for babies/toddlers that can also be used in restaurants.
• Free Wi-fi is available.
• TV & DVD player provided. Guest may want to bring a firestick to access streaming services

Outside
The private 6m x 4m pool is 2m deep throughout, however there are graduated steps for easy access.
Outdoor furniture includes 3 sun umbrellas and 6 sunloungers. There is also a table and chairs for al-fresco dining and a BBQ on the pool terrace. On the roof terrace there is a relaxed seating area, a large BBQ, table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.
At the rear of the villa in the tropical gardens you will find a beautiful gazebo with hammock for relaxing out of the heat.

Laundry & cleaning
The washing machine is located on the top floor and an ironing board and iron are provided
Cleaning / Towels / Linen: All bed linen and towels are provided and a cleaning service is provided for stays longer than 10 days. Turkish towels (thin cotton) are available for use as pool/beach towels, so no need to bring your own (which saves valuable suitcase space)!
