This very spacious bougainvillea draped villa is not your typical Kalkan holiday villa, but an airy house in a quiet location.  

This is a truly unique house in Kalkan, combining extremely generous sized rooms and a traditional feel lacking in most other holiday lets.  The villa is situated in a peaceful location that is, nevertheless, within very short walking distance of restaurants, shops and the Old Town. Sleeps up to eight people. (Although it can sleep up to eight eight it is also a lovely place for a couple to have a really private retreat).

The huge rooftop terrace (possibly the largest in a privately owned Kalkan villa so close to town) is perfect for sunbathing in the day; for alfresco lunches, enjoying aperitifs in the evening watching the sunset. Why not also enjoy dinner on the roof terrace with its BBQ!

Yellow Villa has wonderful views over Kalkan Bay from bedrooms on the first floor and roof terrace.  Private balconies to both front and rear of the two bedrooms on first floor, and one to the ground floor bedroom overlooking the olive grove.

This house was built as a traditional Turkish family home, not a rental villa.  There are four bedrooms in total.  The ground floor consists of a large twin bedroom, bathroom, large comfortable marble floored sitting room and separate kitchen.  On the first floor are two large double bedrooms each with their own bathroom.  The master bedroom is particularly spacious with its Ottoman style bathroom.   The bedrooms in the main house have traditional wooden floors and generous storage facilities.  At lower ground floor level is a fourth twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (this bedroom has its own access from the rear of the house, so perfect for teenagers coming home late).     

Unlike many Kalkan villa rentals we don’t offer sleeping space in the sitting room, therefore our guests can fully enjoy the generous space our house provides.   Linen and towels provided.  Full clean weekly and light clean mid week.

The sitting room and all bedrooms have independent air conditioning.  Free wi-fi, satellite/smart TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player.  The kitchen is hand made in wood.  It has a 5 burner hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Water cooler, microwave and toaster provided.   Iron and ironing board also supplied.

The villa has its own secluded swimming pool (22 feet x 11 feet and 3’8” to 4’4” deep). Large terraced areas for dining, relaxing, reading and sunbathing.  Plenty of space to be together with your family/friends or chill out on your own.  Sun-loungers and parasols scattered throughout. Stone built BBQ at garden level and also on the roof terrace.   Lovely bougainvillea abounds around the villa.

Shaded dining area outside kitchen.  Also, shaded dining area on roof terrace.  There is a mini-kitchen on the roof terrace with fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  The mini-kitchen is well supplied with crockery, cutlery and glasses to save carrying from the main kitchen.  Not many Kalkan rental villas provide this welcome facility.

The large roof terrace with lovely views over the bay and hills has comfortable seating for your relaxation.

There is a large reserve water tank for the occasions when there is a water cut in Kalkan – you will be able to carry on showering!

A welcome pack of basic provisions is provided, including home-grown olives and olive oil harvested from Yellow Villa's own olive trees trees for guests to try!
