Kalkan Breeze apartment is located in a small complex of 9 beautiful apartments in the sought after area of Komurluk in Kalkan, offering fabulous views and an extremely convenient location -situated a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll from the town and just 5 minutes from the nearest beach club (Palm Beach) with its own bathing platforms, water sports, bar and restaurant.

Nestled into the side of the hill, the apartment enjoys unrivalled sea views across the bay from Kalkan Harbour (to the right) and out to the Mediterranean Sea (to the left). With its south-west facing, the sunsets have to be seen to be believed!

The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished to a high standard with a cool, bright decor. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday, with ample outside space - featuring a front balcony with 2 sun loungers, plus a cafe-style table and 2 chairs. There's also a shaded side terrace, furnished with cushioned bench seating for relaxing and an outside dining table and 6 chairs, allowing alfresco (but sheltered) dining for up to 8 people.

Kalkan Breeze apartment guests have access to the shared pool terrace, with a lovely good-sized swimming pool, furnished with ample wooden sun loungers and parasols.

Inside, the spacious open-plan living area has very comfortable lounge seating for 6, with sliding doors opening onto that superb front balcony, offering spectacular views over the bay. There's a dining area with a wrought iron, granite topped table and 4 dining chairs.

There are 2 good-sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. Both have recently fitted en-suite shower rooms and wc facilities, all beautifully tiled in marble.

The master bedroom, with king size bed, has large sliding doors onto the front terrace and enjoys those stunning sea views.

The fully fitted kitchen (newly re-fitted for 2016) is very well-equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and more than ample crockery, glassware and cookware. There is also a storage room, which houses the washing machine.

The owners of Kalkan Breeze apartment have taken great care to ensure that everything has been thought of. They understand that it's the little things that matter: the apartment is also equipped with a digital safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and an Ipod docking station for your use. There's a DVD player and a library of DVDs for you to enjoy, and also a paperback swap system so you don't need to weigh yourself down with excess reading matter! In short. there's absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday... the owners have even supplied picnic ware and cool bags for use round the pool or taking to the beach!
