Cennet Apartment is a spacious, 2 bedroom property situated in the heart of Kalkan’s ‘Old Town’. The Cennet enjoys a premium location, only an easy 2 minute stroll to Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants, harbour and beach, though it still offers peace and tranquility. This poolside property boasts an enclosed private terrace area, which has been furnished with a marble table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco or simply enjoying a relaxing, poolside drink.

The apartment’s enviable ground floor position means guests can also enjoy direct access to the large pool and attractive sun terraces. The property interior has been designed and tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard and offers air-conditioning throughout.

The apartment has a management team, available 24 hours, who can be as attentive or discreet as is required. They are totally committed to the comfort & relaxation of guests. There is also a private car park for guests who wish to hire a car to travel further afield.

Booking policy:

  1. Just use the table above to determine the guide price and see below to check availability and/or make a provisional booking
  2. Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
  3. We will then require a booking deposit - normally 20%, minimum £200 - together with some booking information.
  4. We require payment of the rental balance no less than 12 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of £200. (This £200 "breakages" deposit will be fully refunded if the apartment is left in the agreed state described in the contract. We are certainly not concerned over the odd broken plate or glass, but the accommodation has been finished to a good standard and the refundable deposit goes some way to helping us to protect our assets)!
  5. The above prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. 
  6. We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal.
