Below is a selection of our Kalkan self-catering holiday rental accommodation from our listings.

Property listings

Our properties are listed using one of three "booking" categories, indicating how bookings are handled:

  1. Via Kalkan Secrets: we are the main booking agent for the property and handle every aspect of the booking, from initial enquiry right through to refunding your security deposit after your holiday.
  2. Via Agency: this indicates a "syndicated" property, which we are marketing alongside other Kalkan booking agents, but we are not the "main" agent. We will receive your initial enquiry and discuss your requirements and dates with you, and check availability. We then pass the enquiry over to the main agent who will handle the booking process from then on. In all cases, we only deal with reputable British agents (based either in the UK or Kalkan) with whom we have a long-term, trusted relationship. Rest assured, your booking will be in good hands!
  3. Direct with Owner:  We will receive your initial enquiry and discuss your requirements and dates with you, and check availability. We then pass the enquiry over to the property owner, who will handle the booking process from then on.
