Swallows Rest is a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool located in a quiet, peaceful area just a 5 minute walk to the local beach club and sea in the popular Kisla area of Kalkan. It has stunning uninterrupted views over the bay from all floors and the terrace/garden.
A shop and local restaurants are within a short walking distance and the main centre of Kalkan can be reached by water taxi from the beach club or private taxi. The walk into Kalkan is approximately 35 minutes. The villa, which has undergone full internal refurbishment in 2023, is spacious, fully equipped and air conditioned.
The ground floor comprises:
- An open lounge and kitchen area
- The main dining area (on the balcony leading from the lounge) provides you with the most stunning backdrop to wine and dine against
- A toilet/shower room is also conveniently situated on the ground floor
The first floor comprises:
- 2 double bedrooms (both ensuite) with shared balcony
The top floor comprises:
- A sizeable family room (ensuite, with 1 double and 2 single beds)
- Two small balconies leading from the room enable you to soak in the wonderful view
Outside:
Two pools (interconnecting, one larger and one smaller) give the option for either swimming/jumping or sitting, relaxing and enjoying the view. On the poolside level of the villa there is a shaded open room with stone columns that offer a retreat when the sun becomes too hot in the height of summer. An additional dining area is also located next to the pool.
A full sized table tennis table is provided for those wanting a break from sunbathing.
A small welcome pack will provided on arrival.
Check in/ check out times may be negotiable but we usually request that on your arrival date you get to the villa no earlier than mid-afternoon and that you vacate the villa on the morning of your departure date.

Booking policy:
1. Just use the table above to determine the guide price and see below to check availability and/or make a provisional booking.
2. Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
3. We will then require a booking deposit - normally 20% - together with some booking information (which you can complete online).
4. We require payment of the rental balance no less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of £250. (The £250 security deposit will be returned to you after your holiday, provided there is no damage to the accommodation).
5. The above prices are based on up to 8 people sharing.
6. We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal.
