Exquisite Celeste.
Every room beautifully designed. Location wise it cannot be beaten. It is conveniently located in a very quiet residential street in Kalkan in Kisla. The large roof terrace offers sensational sea views that you expect on this peninsula. The villa is never short of sun and the views are breath taking. Three beach clubs in Kisla are just a few minutes walk away so you will be swimming in the sea before you know it, and if you are lucky - you might just see a turtle. The sea is a few minutes walk away and there are enough amenities in this more residential area.
Celeste sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

Celeste has been completely modernised and exquisitely re-designed by the owners in 2023 under the guidance of one of Kalkan's best loved and highly respected structural engineers and project managers, Kemal Tashan and his team.

There is off road parking on a private driveway which leads to stone steps down to the garden as well as access to the villa.
The balustrades have lighting for night time enjoyment.
The front door leads to large open plan lounge and very well equipped kitchen.

Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance on making your booking to cover the cost of cancellation of your holiday, as well as all personal injury or loss/damage/theft of personal belongings whilst on holiday.
Payment schedule
Now - you pay a non refundable reservation deposit of £500. In the event of a cancellation of any kind (other than per our Covid19 policy) we regret that we do not reimburse the non-refundable reservation payment regardless of when you cancel. The reason for this it that it is paid to secure your preferred dates and give you the comfort of knowing those dates are reserved to you. Further, other guests may have lost out on booking those chosen dates. The payment also covers the time taken to re-market and re-book the villa to other guests. In due course the reservation deposit is held over as the damage deposit - see below.
12 weeks before your arrival - you pay 50% of the rental cost.
8 weeks before your arrival - you pay 50% of the rental cost.
Cancellations
We acknowledge that sometimes a cancellation is unavoidable.
If you cancel after booking and up to 12 weeks before your arrival - at that time you will have paid only the £500 reservation payment which in the event of cancellation is retained by us and it is not refunded.
If you cancel between 12 weeks and 8 weeks before your arrival date - at that time you will have paid 50% of the rental cost so half of that is returned to you and we retain the other half. The £500 reservation payment is retained by us and is not refunded.
If you cancel up to 8 weeks before your arrival date - at that time you we will have paid the full rental cost. No refund is offered. The £500 reservation payment is retained by us and is not refunded. This is because at that short notice we may be unable to re-sell your dates.
Covid19
in the event of FCO advising against all but essential travel to Turkey as a result of the pandemic at the time you are due to arrive at Celeste, we will be happy to transfer your booking to a future date. Bookings will be subject to availability and at any new rates applicable to the revised dates. We will work with you to find new dates, subject to availability, and amend the rental cost accordingly if required. We regret that we will not refund in the event of illness or personal choice as to vaccination status of any members of your party.
Damage deposit
The damage deposit is £500. This is taken from the reservation deposit paid on booking and it is refunded within 14 days after your departure subject to confirmation from our management company that the villa has been left in good order with no significant damages/breakages to the villa or contents, or loss of keys.
