Villa Everes has 4 bedrooms and 8-person capacity; poolside and upper floors offer plenty of outdoor spaces with unique sea views.
These views are best enjoyed by upper bedrooms and their private-use balcony/terrace area, perfect spots for breathtaking sunsets. Alongside with these features, the villa also offers a gym area for those who would like to keep up with their workout routine during vacations; gym equipments include treadmill, cross-trainer and machine-fly.

- Min 5 nights of stay during the rest of the year. Cleaning fee of 100£ is applied when a reservation is less than a week.
- Security deposit is 200£ per stay. It is fully refunded if there is no damage to property.
- For stays more than two weeks, weekly cleaning will be provided.
